What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Firstly, do not panic. Please follow the instructions for the meeting point as described in your email confirmation. In case of difficulty, please use the phone number provided to talk to our agents who will help you to find your driver. You can also call the Mauri Transfers central reservations number (or the emergency number if outside hours) and they will be happy to assist you further.

How do I find my driver or vehicle?

Once you have completed your on-line booking you will receive a confirmation by email indication the exact instructions for meeting your driver or vehicle.

Does my private transfer drop me at the door of my resort?

Yes, of course. All our transfers, private pick up and drop off at private addresses and hotels. If you need a short stop for shopping food, just let us know in advance and we will accommodate this in your transfer trip.

Is this a shared transportation service?

No – all our transfers are private. This means you will not be sharing your vehicle with other passengers.
